At HP24FIT, we consider Monday as an opportunity to work for ourselves, our families, and friends. It’s a day to prioritize our health and adopt the SMART approach. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. By applying this acronym to our lives, we begin by stepping on the scale to assess our body mass and overall health. A SMART objective clearly states what needs to be done and who will do it. It also includes measures to gauge progress and success.
