HP24FIT Inc is a Canadian Federal Corporation founded by Executive Hélène Pitre on August 10th, 2022. The name of the company is a combination of the initials of the founding president “HP” and “24,” which represents either “two for,” indicating a pair working together for the fitness movement, or “twenty-four,” indicating 24 people getting fit together 24 hours a day. The word “FIT” is an acronym that fits all Canadian laws and is capitalized to represent Force, Intelligence, and Tenacity. HP24FIT participants believe in having a better mental, physical, natural, and vital life by joining fitness teams. The business’s history began in July 2015, when the idea first came to Hélène Pitre on a trip to Saint-Louis Missourri.

However, the idea of a non-trademark corporate rainbow took shape in 2019 at the time of the visit of Greta Thunberg in Montreal. On September 27th, 2019, Hélène Pitre attended the largest world event to date for a manifestation to denounce the climate crisis. There were an estimated 500,000 people in the streets of Montreal that day. Hélène Pitre envisages forming Teams of 24 with a program for the entire week in mind to contribute to an agreeable sustainable environment for all. That starts by reducing our heavy ecological footprints, that is why the color green is at the center of the HP24FIT emblematic rainbow.

Despite the Covid 19 pandemic, the gloomy economy, terrestrial conflicts, HP24FIT movement aims to make a wind change by acting one day at a time, 24 hours a day, to provide a better future for the young generation and the mature ones who are stationed in old age homes across all land and that is where we miss a wealth of wisdom and heritages and grateful help.
